ancient Ioylis in the capital of the island Ioylida

• the medieval castle in Ioylida, built from a Venetian sovereign, on which were used blocks of stone from the ancient walls.

Leon of Kea. It is a rock on which a lion was carved. The lion is connected with many legends of the island.

• the tower of Saint Marina from the Hellenistic years and next to it the homonym Byzantine church.

• the archaeological Museum where the visitor will see interesting discoveries of the Cycladic era.

• in Vourkari, the prehistoric settlement of Agia Irini on the homonym peninsula, with discoveries from the precocious season of copper until Mycenaean years.

• in Vourkari, the strait of Lampros Katsonis, from where the navigator slipped from the Turks

• the factory of enamel with a 45 metres chimney in the settlement of Korissia. It functioned from 1927 until 1957 and was unique in the Mediterranean.

• the monastery of Virgin Mary Kastriani, protector of the island, on an imposing place on the hill Kastri, the area where the picture of Virgin Mary was discovered.
